Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a QC Manager to join the SCIF project team near LAX. The role focuses on audits, client coordination, and QC initiatives with management support. Eligibility for US federal work and CQM certification are required.

The selected candidate will lead QC on high-value design-build federal projects, mentor QC specialists, and contribute to strategic growth while ensuring compliance with federal standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial or federal construction experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Prior experience with design-build federal construction projects.
• Prior QC Manager experience on at least 2 projects exceeding $10M in value.
• CQM certification (or ability to renew).
• Knowledge of wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective people management skills including the ability to delegate.
• Experience with three-phase control, submittals, inspections, testing, deficiency tracking, and government coordination.
• ICD 705 knowledge preferred.
• US Citizens with clearance eligibility due to secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Support project management through ongoing training of QC specialists assigned to projects.

Job description

The selected QC Manager will be a key addition to the team for SCIF projects at a federal site near LAX. This position supports the Prime Contractor with an estimated project duration of 4 years. Prior experience with tenant improvement projects and active CQM certification is required for serious consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Salary 140-170k (based on experience)
