Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management within engineering.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting structural drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in welding inspections and adherence to AISC standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality control process to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Review and interpret structural drawings and specifications for accurate execution.
• Conduct welding inspections in line with AISC requirements.
• Develop and implement QC procedures; train engineering staff as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers to embed QC throughout project stages.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
