We seek a Quality Control Manager with heavy civil construction experience to lead QC programs and ensure project quality from planning through commissioning. The role requires coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation; maintaining compliance with contract documents and standards; and actively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is highly desired.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience in a Quality Control capacity is required.
• Experience with dam and lock electrical work is required; USACE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Verify materials meet approved submittals and specifications.
• Execute required testing procedures in accordance with contract documents and industry standards.
• Prepare professional correspondence for clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor, document, and track QC documentation (daily reports, testing/inspection reports).
• Review special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
