Job description

• Ensure that all products meet customer quality standards and specifications.

• Implement and maintain QC procedures throughout the production process.

• Analyze root causes of quality issues and establish corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct inline and final inspections (PPM/INLINE/FRI) to assess product quality.

• Monitor production quality and provide feedback to factory QA/QC teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed inspection reports and historical quality data.

• Review and verify BOM, QC files, and trim cards to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare and send FIT/PP/AD/TOP samples while coordinating with HQ, buyers, and factories.

• Organize and schedule inspections based on production status and shipment deadlines.

Communication & Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the factory, head office, buyer QCs, and third-party inspectors.

• Provide clear and effective email communication regarding quality-related issues.

• Coordinate with the factory team to ensure proper packing, polybag sizes, carton dimensions, and garment weights align with requirements.

• Attend meetings with factory teams and buyers to discuss quality improvements and compliance.
