Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive manufacturing Quality experience; 2+ years in supervisory roles.
Associate degree in chemistry, quality, engineering tech, manufacturing, or related field.
Proficiency with nonconformance/CAPA, root-cause analysis, and data integrity.
Strong MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily QC staffing, assignments, cross-coverage, and coaching.
Audit startups and in-process controls for correct components, labels, and checks.
Ensure real-time reporting of quality incidents and containment actions.
Coordinate investigations for nonconformance and batch failures; drive root cause and follow-up.
Oversee laboratory workflow, testing, and calibration readiness.
Maintain quality records and trend failures to identify improvements.
