Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Supervisor for the Quality Lab to oversee testing activities, ensure calibration and training of lab technicians, and maintain compliance with standards. The role collaborates with RM QA, plant operations, and product development to improve quality and reduce variability.

Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential. The position requires overseeing lab procedures, managing records, and coordinating with management to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2-Year degree minimum or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in quality management.
• Experience in plastics processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calibration and recertification of lab equipment.
• Report lab compliance to management.
• Develop and manage processes to ensure RM products meet specs.
