Sika is seeking a QC Lab Technician to join the Building and Finishing team in Haines City, Florida. The role focuses on testing raw materials and finished goods to ensure QC specifications are met, while maintaining safety and lab compliance.

The candidate will handle data entry, calibration, batch creation, and collaboration with production. A 1-3 year QC background in manufacturing is preferred, with SAP familiarity as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in QC testing in manufacturing environment.
• Strong math and computer skills; proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials and finished products per QC specs.
• Maintain lab safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage QC data entry and Certificates of Analysis.
• Create lab batches and support production with sampling.
