Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a QC Lab Technician to join the Building and Finishing team in Haines City, FL. You will test raw materials and finished products, ensure compliance with QC specs, and report results to plant management.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree or HS diploma with 1–3 years in QC testing in manufacturing, and are proficient with MS Word/Excel. SAP familiarity is a plus; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or HS diploma with 1–3 years’ experience in QC testing in manufacturing.
• Proficient in math and basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel).
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus; ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials and finished products per QC specs and report results to plant management.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and EHSQ compliance; wear PPE and report unsafe acts.
• Manage QC data entry, record filing, and calibration of lab equipment; verify COAs.
• Create lab batches and maintain formula integrity as required by R&D and management.
• Collaborate with Production as QC representative and assist with sample shipments and logistics.
• Pursue continuous learning and contribute to safety and efficiency initiatives.
