Pacific Coast Producers in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our team. You will perform routine lab tests on cherries, syrups, and brine samples, and ensure results meet specifications for shipping.

The role includes data entry, record-keeping, and sign-off of QC documents. We offer full-time hours (40/wk) with potential overtime, a supportive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent math and basic calculational skills.
• Experience with QC lab tests is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine laboratory tests on brined maraschino cherries, syrups and brine samples.
• Maintain accurate records of all tests and report deviations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and clean work area.
• Sign off/verify QC documents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP programs.
