Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology) is required.
• 2+ years of QC Lab experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, analytical methods, and laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing QC team on the shop floor, including hiring, performance feedback, coaching, and training.
• Oversee lab operations across materials, in-process, and finished products to meet testing schedules and cost targets.
• Identify data that require action and implement corrective actions; review analytical data for release where applicable.
