Job summary

Kenvue Inc. Fort Washington, PA is seeking a Manager of Quality Control to lead the site analytical laboratory, ensure cGMP compliance, and drive timely testing. The role oversees method transfer, validation, data governance, and CAPA processes while partnering with QA, manufacturing, validation, regulatory affairs, R&D and others.

The candidate will develop staff, optimize lab performance, maintain inspection readiness, and manage budgets in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science.
• 8–10 years in pharma or regulated industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical laboratory activities for site testing.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and data integrity.
• Oversee equipment qualification and calibration programs.
• Manage laboratory systems (LIMS/Empower) and electronic records.
• Provide CAPA coordination and root-cause analyses.
