Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking a seasoned QC Microbiology leader to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliant testing for manufacturing and product release. You will supervise staff, review data, and drive CAPA investigations in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Key focus areas include Environmental Monitoring and Utilities Monitoring programs, documentation rigor, and continuous improvement across the site. Strong leadership and GMP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field with 5+ years in QC Microbiology.
• Experience supervising laboratory personnel.
• Strong knowledge of EM, UM, aseptic processing, OOS, CAPA investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and testing in the QC Microbiology Laboratory.
• Ensure timely, compliant microbiological testing for manufacturing and product release.
• Review test data and lab records; approve documentation.
• Lead EM and UM programs; monitor data and communicate trends.
• Support CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
