Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op for Gurabo, PR, January–December 2027. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and offers hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

You’ll work with QC, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams to support site operations. Join the Quality Control team to analyze laboratory material usage and inventory data, develop dashboards with Excel and Power BI, and contribute to Lean-driven process improvements for efficient site

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze laboratory material usage, inventory, and purchasing data.
• Support development of a standardized QC laboratory purchasing process.
• Assist in creating a site‑wide laboratory materials database and baseline inventory.
• Support Reduced Testing Plan initiatives through data collection and analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership.
