Job summary

Moove Oil Analysis Laboratory is seeking a Product QC Analyst I to join a fast-paced quality control team in Wichita, KS. This role focuses on routine and non-routine testing of raw materials and finished lubricants to ensure compliance with specifications before packaging or distribution.

You will operate instruments (ICP-OES, GC), prepare reagents and standards, and create Certificates of Analysis for outgoing products.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a petroleum, lubricant, chemical or analytical laboratory.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation such as ICP-OES, GC, and other laboratory equipment.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for higher level roles.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming material COAs and approve before use in production.
• Test blended products and compare against established formulas.
• Prepare COAs for finished products and issue Certificates of Analysis.
• Investigate quality issues and troubleshoot deviations.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity.
