Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years of related experience with quality operations/receiving inspection.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support material flow and inventory transactions in the MRP system.
• Assist with new hire training and maintain training records.
• Distribute daily workloads to meet departmental goals.
• Maintain filing for Receiving Inspection Reports.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to team objectives.
• Identify issues and implement cost-effective, quality-driven solutions.
• Perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect assemblies, and apply sampling plans.
• Conduct visual and/or dimensional inspections of incoming and in-process materials, labeling, and final products.
• Use Microsoft Office and Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support operations.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Where You Come In

• You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
• You assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.
• You help distribute daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.
• You maintain the filing and archiving process for Receiving Inspection Reports.
• You attend department meetings as required and contribute to team objectives.
• You identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.
• You perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.
• You conduct visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.
• You utilize Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.
• You communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
• You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
