Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a technician to support production equipment setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring in Production, Pilot Plant, and Test Lab. You will assist with equipment qualification, calibration, and record-keeping in a GMP environment, and help with ordering, training, and safety evaluations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CMMS/RAM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience monitoring and adjusting production equipment.
• Experience with equipment IQs, minor PMs, and calibrations.
• Proficiency with RAM/CMMS record-keeping.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot and monitor equipment in Production, Pilot Plant, and Test Lab.
• Support basic equipment qualification, maintenance and calibration with record-keeping (GMP).
• Assist in daily setup and shutdown of production equipment (e.g., plasma stations, ISOP Stat lines).
• Assist with equipment/parts ordering, receiving and locating.
• Assist and conduct training on operating equipment.
• Assist and conduct equipment safety evaluations and audits.

Where You Come In

• You will be responsible for set-up, troubleshooting and monitoring of equipment in Production, Pilot Plant, and Test Lab.
• You will be supporting basic equipment qualification, maintenance and calibration activities with record keeping. Following GMP guidelines
• You will participate in the daily set up and shut down of production equipment, such as plasma stations, ISOP Stat lines, etc.
• You will be assisting in equipment/parts ordering, receiving, and locating them to the designated area.
• You will be assisting and conducting training on operating equipment.
• You will be assisting and conducting equipment safety evaluation and audit.

What Makes You Successful

• You have experience in routinely monitoring production equipment. Able to adjust equipment setting parameters based on specifications to optimize equipment performance.
• You have experience in troubleshooting, repairing and test production equipment.
• You have experience in assemble, test, and maintain fixtures, modules, and replacement parts.
• You have experience in assisting and conducting equipment IQs, minor PMs, and calibrations.
• Proficiency in updating equipment records in RAM or other CMMS asset management systems and/or other record keeping system.
• You have manufacturing operator or past equipment maintenance experience.
• You have experience with MS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

Experience And Education

• Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Language Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Work Environment
