Job summary

Amazon is seeking a QC Expansions Program Manager in Bellevue to own the upstream funnel for new Quick Commerce sites from identification to handoff. You will manage a regional pipeline, coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Design Engineering, and Finance, and drive data-driven decisions to de-risk and accelerate site selection.

The role emphasizes risk management, standardized documentation, and cross-functional leadership, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, etc.).
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site pipeline from identification through site selection and handoff with Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance.
• Build and sustain cross-functional relationships to keep funnel moving and resolve challenges.
• Drive standardization of site selection criteria, evaluation frameworks, and handoff documentation.
• Communicate pipeline health, decisions, and risks to senior leadership with clear insights.
• Collaborate to optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy, de-risking sites before handoff to execution teams.
• Provide cost/feasibility input when beneficial to assess site viability and risks.
