bioMérieux in Durham, NC is seeking an Analyst I – QC Environmental Monitoring to perform routine environmental testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and adherence to GDP standards.

The position supports investigations, data entry in LIMS, and collaboration across teams to meet project deliverables. A strong foundation in QC principles and regulatory compliance is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a regulated Environmental Monitoring or Microbiology laboratory (FDA, ISO, USDA, etc.) with GxP testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC Environmental Monitoring testing on materials and products with thorough documentation.
• Review laboratory testing per SOPs and timelines.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GLP, GMP and HSE requirements.
• Prepare lab areas for regulatory audits and review logs/calibrations/expirations/cleanliness.
• Maintain instruments and inventory; support quality reports and documentation.
• Assist investigations by documenting results and root-cause activities.
• Collaborate with site teams to track deliverables and communicate issues.
