Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina seeks an Analyst I – Quality Control (QC) Environmental Monitoring to perform routine testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples. You will document results, review SOPs, and support investigations under supervision while adhering to GDP, GMP, and GLP.

The role emphasizes data entry in LIMS, instrument upkeep, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a regulated Environmental Monitoring or Microbiology lab with GxP preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and related quality principles.
• Experience with LIMS data entry and analysis; strong written communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC Environmental Monitoring testing on materials and environmental samples.
• Review laboratory testing per SOPs and timelines.
• Maintain GMP/GLP and GLP compliance and assist audits.
• Prepare for audits by reviewing logs, calibrations, and expirations.
• Enter data in LIMS and maintain records; support investigations.
• Support continuous improvement and 6S activities.
