Job summary

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. in Grand Rivers, KY is seeking a QC Data Management Technician to bridge the Quality Control and Data Management teams, ensuring field data is accurately captured in the project system.

You will review QC data, perform data entry for all features of work, run quality checks, and support field data collection workflows while coordinating with Production, QC, and Data Management staff to keep records current.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management or QC coordination on construction projects.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile data sets.
• Knowledge of data management systems and field data collection.

Responsibilities

• Review QC data and documentation for completeness and compliance before approval.
• Perform QC approvals of data within the data management system.
• Enter data for all features of work into the system via web and tablet tools.
• Conduct routine quality checks and correct missing or duplicate entries.
• Support field data collection workflows and troubleshoot data entry issues.
• Act as liaison between Production, QC and Data Management teams.
