Candidates should hold an AWS CWI or be able to pass the VT II exam, with knowledge of NDT methods. Qualifications

• Current AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification or ability to pass the VT II exam.
• Knowledge of NDT methods with documented training.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welding inspections and document results.
• Review and file NDE/NDT reports.
• Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans.

Skills

AWS CWI or ability to pass VT II exam

Knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT)

Well-rounded with ASTM standards

Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to read and understand drawings
