Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Handling client requests for QA, QC, engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
• Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and preparing candidates for interviews with project/commodity information.
• Liaising with clients on proposals, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
• Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations and deliverables for assignments.
• Liaising with candidates on contract terms, documents, and reports.
• Managing candidate relations and providing performance updates to the Coordination Manager.
• Identifying and driving new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Ensuring client SLAs and Fulkrum KPI's are met, and maintaining secure records.
