Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator III for a 12-month assignment in Spring, TX, with relocation to Midland later. The role focuses on quality assurance across field construction, completions, contractors, and suppliers within oil and gas projects.

Expect extensive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces. Ideal candidates have strong quality management systems experience, auditing credentials, and a background coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control for field construction and completions activities.
• Experience in coordinating quality activities for oil and gas facilities projects.
• Experience with auditing quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Project Quality Plan within the assigned scope of work.
• Provide training for key staff and promote quality awareness throughout the project.
• Ensure adequate control processes are established and properly implemented within the subproject team.
• Develop surveillance plans and oversee execution of surveillance programs through ongoing monitoring and auditing.
• Report quality issues, status, metrics, and lessons learned to project management.
• Manage efforts to resolve quality issues and support improvements to quality activities.
• Provide oversight of contractor quality program implementation and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and approve contractor quality plans and inspection and test plans.
• Monitor the performance of key quality assurance personnel and participate in subcontractor and supplier qualification activities.
• Review contractor audit schedules, monitor audit programs, and participate in selected audits.
• Monitor and audit implementation of procurement and construction surveillance programs.
• Develop and coordinate the subproject audit schedule and conduct site audits as required.
• Review quality metrics from engineering, procurement, and construction sites to identify and support resolution of issues.
• Assist with selection of site quality coordination and inspector positions.
• Support development of the quality portion of site close-out reports where required.
• Advise project and quality leadership on quality issues, status, and metrics.
• Support implementation of best practices and lessons learned across project activities.
