Job summary

Goliath, a global toy and game manufacturer, seeks a QC & Compliance Manager to lead quality systems and regulatory compliance in Norristown, PA. This mid-to-senior management role combines hands-on quality leadership with team development, ensuring materials, processes, and products meet global standards.

The successful candidate will oversee QMS, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, and continuous improvements, partnering with Production and Supply Chain to drive quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Quality, Engineering or related field or 5+ years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated quality leadership in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Proven people management experience and ability to develop staff.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, document control and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality activities in Norristown manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate release of raw materials and finished products with production schedules.
• Maintain traceability and documentation for materials, lots, tests and status.
• Lead CAPA and nonconformance investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and report to leadership.
• Lead internal quality audits and resolve findings.
