Job summary

Accra Conxt is seeking a Global Quality Director in Erlanger, KY to set and lead the global quality strategy for the Entertainment Business. You will partner with Operations, Sourcing, Product Development, and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, prevent defects, and ensure product safety and security across the portfolio.

The role requires extensive leadership in manufacturing quality, strong regulatory knowledge (EU/US), and a hands-on, data-driven approach to protect brand

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in quality within manufacturing, consumer goods, packaging, toys, or similar international product environments.
• Strong expertise in quality management systems, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, audit management, supplier quality, and CAPA techniques.
• Knowledge of EU/US market expectations for product safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the Entertainment Business.
• Define global quality standards for new or changed products and support launches.
• Lead teams in FMEA, quality control plans, 8D, risk assessments, CAPA, and lessons learned.
• Train and support personnel on procedures and quality tools to foster a quality mindset.
• Make or escalate decisions related to product release, quality holds, containment, or recalls.
