Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a QC Clerk for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4PM–2:30AM) at our San Bernardino distribution center. You will audit distribution processes, prepare formal reports, and propose improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong math and communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can multitask and work independently. Manhattan knowledge is a plus, and driving a stock picker is required.

QC Clerk

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday (4PM - 2:30AM)

Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Primary Functions:

• Audit processes within distribution (cycle counting, dock checks, primary counting, etc.)
• Audit procedures within the distribution (receiving, replenishment, order selection, shipping, etc.)
• Accurately complete formal reports on findings
• Make recommendations for process improvement
• Reduce offline- by making pickface change out moves
• Assist with flow rack replenishments
• Must be able to perform all functions of the job
• No issues with heights
• Flexible and willing to do other related GWA tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Manhattan knowledge (preferred)
• Must be willing to drive stock picker
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Good mathematical abilities
• Must be tolerant to tedious tasks

Pay Range: $22.50-$26.00/hour
