Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field is required.
• Preferred Chemistry or Biochemistry degree; other sciences considered with strong chemistry lab experience.
• Strong chemistry lab experience gained in academic or non-academic settings.
• Prior lab experience required; non-academic lab experience preferred.
• Hands-on sample prep, wet chemistry, weighing and dilutions fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication for documenting results and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under supervision with sound scientific judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine bench testing and sample preparation for product development and QC.
• Conduct chemical/physical analyses to support multisource products.
• Support release of registration materials and regulatory submissions.
• Assist with analytical method validation and transfer activities.
• Execute tasks to support development, release and submission timelines.
• Adhere to cGXP guidelines, SOPs, and company practices.
• Document observations clearly to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams on analytical tasks.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Apply scientific judgment under supervision to interpret data.
