Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated environment experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; ability to follow technical directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory upkeep and ensuring high standards of functionality and cleanliness.
• Occasional routine release testing and support of analysis workflows.
• Inventory management to ensure testing supplies are available.
• Maintain compliance and safety with a quality mindset.
• Complete training on foundational tasks and procedures with guidance from senior QC members.
• Support manufacturing timelines outside normal hours as needed.
