Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 4+ years in a laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to follow technical directions and work within a team.
• Preferred: Associate's degree with 2 years experience, or Bachelor's in biology or chemistry.
• Experience with cGMP and regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Upkeep: maintain high standards of functionality and cleanliness.
• Operational Support: perform occasional routine release testing and support analysis workflows.
• Inventory Management: manage supplies for testing.
• Compliance & Safety: uphold quality mindset and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Training & Development: complete required training with guidance from senior QC members.
• Production Support: assist manufacturing timelines outside normal hours.
