Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Biochemistry or related field and 4+ years in a lab or quality setting, with strong communication and a quality mindset. Day shift; relocation packages may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or closely related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a laboratory or quality environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; proficient computer literacy; ability to lead a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lab Operations: Direct workload for Technicians and Specialists, ensure QC policies followed.
• Method Ownership: Perform release testing and lead method validations/technical transfers.
• Quality Event Management: Lead deviations, investigations, and change controls.
• Technical Review & Audit: Review QC work and audit inventory and qualifications.
