Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Manager, Quality Control (QC) for molecular biology with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced lab environment. You will oversee bioassay testing, maintain equipment, and ensure data integrity and compliance across the QC group.

The role emphasizes team development, collaboration with clients, and ongoing process improvements, with standard hours Monday to Friday and potential overtime as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences or related field.
• 4+ years in a bioassay/lab environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong data handling, documentation, and compliance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot instruments and multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep, equipment calibrations, and sanitization.
• Enter and verify data, review qualification protocols and logbook entries, and perform second-person verification.
• Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and act as a technical resource for equipment.
• Coach and develop team members, monitor workflow to meet turnaround times, conduct performance reviews.
• Work with leadership and clients to implement directives and drive improvements.
