Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a QC Analytical Chemist Group Leader to oversee GMP testing of pharmaceutical materials and to lead a 3–5 person analytical team. The role requires strong attention to data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.

The candidate will manage investigations into OOS/OOT results, support method transfers, and ensure quality and efficiency in the laboratory environment. Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS with GMP/GLP experience in chemistry or life sciences.
• Experience with LC, Conductivity, and Titration is required.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred, ability to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 chemists to execute GMP testing.
• Oversee testing of in-process materials, APIs, and stability samples.
• Participate in method transfer, qualification, and verification studies.
• Investigate OOS/OOT and invalid results and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, ICH, and 21 CFR guidelines.
