Job summary

DuBois Chemicals is seeking a QA Technician to provide technical support on product chemistry, ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental rules, and maintain product quality at the Sharonville Plant. You will perform wet chemistry testing, analyze data, and collaborate across QA, Production, and EHS teams.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, leadership in QA matters, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Sharonville site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of wet chemistry testing experience.
• Experience with SPC and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical matters.
• Effective communication across levels and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support including testing, adjusting and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging.
• Collaborate with QA, Plant Management, Production Teams and EHS to ensure quality and safety.
• Support waste minimization and environmental compliance; disposition of returns and discrepant material.
• Utilize SPC methods for data collection, RCA, and CAPA effectiveness.
• Perform other QA responsibilities as assigned by the QA Manager.
