Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Collation Quality Control Associate to inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods, ensuring products meet quality standards. You will identify defects, document findings with photos when needed, and work closely with operators and leaders to drive improvements.

In this role you will apply SPC concepts, support continuous improvement, and maintain quality records for leadership and the wider Quality organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of hands-on quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators and management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Document defects with clear descriptions and full traceability.
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor processes and assist in developing quality procedures and checklists.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
