Job summary

Allogene Therapeutics Inc. seeks an Analyst II to support routine QC testing in a GMP environment at our Newark, CA facility. The role covers ELISA, cell culture, flow cytometry, PCR/dPCR, and general laboratory testing with sample receipt duties.

You will maintain equipment, manage reagents, review data, and ensure compliance with SOPs. Onsite work five days a week with a competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum B.S. degree in a scientific discipline with minimum 3 years in a cGMP environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Flow cytometry, ELISA, Cell culture and cell-based assay techniques.
• Must have experience with aseptic technique and GMP laboratory maintenance.
• Able to follow SOPs precisely and document accurately.
• Experience with analytical method validation/transfer and reagent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Performs QC analytical testing to support release and stability of final products for commercial use.
• Review data packages and supporting documentation.
• Maintain GMP laboratories and equipment; calibrate instruments and manage supplies.
• Document test results accurately per cGMP and keep records updated.
• Support method validation, transfer, CAPA, and change control activities.
• Assist with SOP and test method development and non-routine tasks.
