Job summary

RADgov Inc. is seeking a QC Analyst I to support quality control activities in a fast-paced biotech setting. You will perform cell-based immunological assays, document results, and help maintain accurate records to ensure timely product releases.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work both independently and with a team. Training and orientation on day shift are provided, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in biological sciences or related field.
• 1–2 years lab, biotech, cell therapy, or related experience.
• Aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture familiarity.
• cGMP familiarity as defined in 21 CFR 210/211.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Cell-based and molecular biology assay experience.
• Independent work and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support QC with cell-based immunological in vitro methods and instrumentation.
• Review data; ensure documentation accuracy and timely product release.
• Design studies, analyze data, and report results clearly.
• Enter observations into trending databases for periodic analysis.
• Assist with SOP adherence and quality improvement activities.
• Aid with investigations such as OOS/CAPA when needed.
