Job summary

BioLegend seeks a QC Associate II to join its Quality Control group. You will test antibodies and proteins using flow cytometry, IHC, Western blotting, ELISA, multiplex immunoassays and functional bioassays.

The role includes culturing mammalian cells, isolating primary cells, and maintaining equipment per SOP/ISO standards. You will troubleshoot, drive efficiency projects, create SOPs, and present data summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 1 year experience with applications such as Flow Cytometry, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA and IHC/ICC.
• 3+ years laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of products in a timely manner.
• Perform aseptic cell culture.
• Isolate primary cells and tissues.
• Perform data analysis and document results.
• Maintain a safe and clean laboratory.
• Assist with troubleshooting projects, generate data summaries.
• Support efficiency and process improvement projects.
• Train others on specific laboratory protocols.
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
