Job summary

Total Care ABA in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a compassionate Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to supervise Behavior Technicians and deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role supports collaboration with BCBAs and families in both in-clinic and hybrid settings.

The candidate will monitor progress, coach staff, and ensure accurate documentation while promoting ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualifications

• Current Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience supervising or mentoring Behavior Technicians.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams.
• Experience with parent/caregiver training.
• Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services and clinical support to children with autism.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Assist with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide feedback and coaching to direct-care staff.
• Support caregiver training and family collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to ensure quality services.
• Promote ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
