Job summary

Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is seeking a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) for our Colorado Springs location. The role centers on planning, developing, and monitoring diverse behavioral support options for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active QASP-S certification.
• Availability to maintain 20-30 billable hours per week.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming as needed
• Providing supervision and consultation to instructional team members
• Teaching proactive, educational, and behavioral support strategies
• Collaborating with team members, related service providers, families, and community agencies
• Ensuring services are delivered ethically and in accordance with best practices

Education
