Total Care ABA in New Bern, NC is seeking a compassionate Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to oversee ABA services for children with autism and supervise Behavior Technicians. The role combines clinical work with mentorship and collaboration with BCBAs and families.

You will ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively, maintain clear documentation, and promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualifikationen

• QASP-S certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Current Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) certification
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience supervising or mentoring Behavior Technicians
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
• Experience with parent/caregiver training
• Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services
