Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks an experienced inspector to review work for compliance with codes and specifications. You will audit, document, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards on site.

The role requires AWS/CWI, ASNT NDT, and API inspector certifications, with 5–7 years as a top craftsman or a BS/2 years experience. Strong adherence to QC programs and safety rules is essential.

Qualifications

• Certifications required for AWS/CWI, ASNT NDT, & API Inspectors.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years as a top craftsman, or 4 years craft and an Associate's Degree, or an engineer with a BS Degree and 2 years' experience.
• Observance of company quality control program and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and applying the company quality control program, standards, procedures and codes.
• Performs audits to ensure compliance with those standards.
• Completes records, maintains tools/equipment, and performs cleanup and housekeeping duties.
• Observes all safety and project rules and wears required PPE.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding and working knowledge of the company quality control program, company standards, procedures and codes.
- Performs audits to ensure compliance
- Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Certifications required for AWS/CWI, ASNT NDT, & API Inspectors. This is an individual who would generally have a minimum of 5 to 7 years as a top craftsman, or 4 years craft and an Associate's Degree, or an engineer with a BS Degree and 2 years' experience.
