Job summary

PACS seeks an RN or LVN with 3+ years in long-term care to plan, organize and direct quality assurance programs. The QA program supports resident care, infection control, and compliance with state/federal surveys.

You will monitor trends, prepare quality reports, educate IDT members, participate in corrective actions, and maintain confidentiality. This on-site role is based in Selmer, Tennessee.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license and licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in Long Term Care settings.
• QAPI training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct QA/QAPI programs and activities.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate QA/assessment programs.
• Monitor trends and prepare quality reports for committees.
• Provide education/training with the IDT based on findings.
• Oversee infection control, surveillance, and regulatory responses.
