Forsyth Barnes is recruiting for a QAD ERP Specialist / Project Manager in New Jersey. The role supports Phase 2 of a QAD ERP implementation with external consultants and internal teams. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, offering potential permanent ownership of the QAD ERP environment.

The position requires hands-on QAD experience, strong stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration across IT, operations, finance, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with QAD ERP / QAD Enterprise Applications / MFG/PRO.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with external vendors, consultants, and internal business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive Phase 2 of an ongoing QAD ERP implementation.
• Work closely with external QAD consultants, implementation partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and help keep the project on track.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Support QAD system improvements, integrations, and process optimization.
• Help manage go‑live activities, testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Potentially take long‑term ownership of the QAD ERP system following implementation.
