Magnify is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Designer AND a Senior Developer to join our client's team, specializing in the Oracle OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) KYC (Know Your Customer) and FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) suite of products.

This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing KYC, TM and FCCM solutions to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Senior Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform’s capabilities, ensuring it delivers high-performance, scalable solutions for financial crime management.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Oracle OFSAA suite, particularly in KYC and FCCM modules, with a strong understanding of financial crime prevention, regulatory compliance, and risk management. As a Senior Designer, you will provide leadership and technical direction to teams, ensuring the successful design, customization, and implementation of these critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Lead the design and development of customizations of Oracle OFSAA AML products, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Customization and Development: Customize Oracle OFSAA KYC and FCCM products to meet the specific needs of the business, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in system design, coding, and implementation.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, compliance teams, and other technical teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet both business and regulatory needs.
• Data Governance and Quality: Ensure high standards of data integrity and quality within the Oracle OFSAA platform. Design and implement data validation rules, checks, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Testing and Optimization: Oversee the testing, performance optimization, and tuning of customized AML solutions, ensuring high system performance and minimal downtime.
• Documentation and Compliance: Document technical specifications, solution designs, and compliance-related aspects of the KYC and FCCM implementations. Ensure all designs and solutions meet industry standards and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and challenges related to KYC and FCCM solution design, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to address them.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to Oracle OFSAA, KYC regulations, and industry best practices, continuously improving the solutions to align with evolving business and regulatory needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and delivering large scale enterprise grade applications, preferably in financial service industry
• Experience working with AML OFSAA KYC and TM products: Minimum of 5 years
• Expertise in Oracle OFSAA: Extensive hands-on experience with the Oracle OFSAA KYC and FCCM suite, including familiarity with product modules, data models, and integration approaches.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies (PL/SQL, SQL, stored procedures).
• Expertise in KYC processes, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions, and transaction monitoring within the Oracle OFSAA suite.
• Experience with data modeling, data governance, and designing custom reports and dashboards for financial crime and compliance purposes.
• Familiarity with batch processing, case management workflows, and regulatory reporting in the context of KYC and FCCM.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations related to KYC, AML, and financial crime prevention, including FATF, Basel III, and other relevant standards.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with the ability to optimize system performance.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams.
• Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones. 9pm EST Standup required Tues - Thursday.
