Talentstream is seeking a QA Accountant with deep US GAAP expertise to define and maintain QA checklists, SOPs, and accounting controls. You will review client deliverables for accuracy and GAAP compliance while identifying recurring errors and driving corrective actions.

You will track quality metrics, report performance to leadership and clients, and train accountants on US GAAP and accounting processes, handling complex questions and keeping standards updated.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
• Experience in quality review, audit controls, and error reduction.
• Experience working with US clients in outsourcing/shared-services.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
• Strong process improvement, training, and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades
