Qualifications

• Experience in QA, UAT and training-focused roles for project-based engagements.
• Ability to map requirements to testable scenarios and document results.
• Proven coordination with stakeholders and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Map NYPD paid-detail scheduling and billing platform requirements to testable behavior.
• Write test cases with expected results for the platform.
• Prepare inputs and conditions for platform tests.
• Check workflows against expected results and boundary conditions.
• Record reproducible evidence for failures and separate defects by impact.
• Deliver assigned instructions and assess participant task completion.
• Document questions and difficulties encountered during training.
