Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; four years of IT automation-related experience.
• Eight years of IT automation/monitoring infrastructure experience acceptable as alternative.
• Experience or equivalent in QA for enterprise-scale public-facing systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define QA scope.
• Review documentation, provide actionable feedback, and support sign-off processes.
• Design test approaches aligned with standards and system architecture.
• Maintain QA artifacts: test strategy, plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Execute manual tests when needed and triage defects with development and support.
• Maintain test cases/scripts in ALM tools with full SDLC traceability.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members in automated testing frameworks.
• Create and validate test data sets; analyze results for accuracy.
• Incorporate accessibility testing standards into test activities.
