Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking an IT Security, QA and Training Lead for a complex RFP-driven delivery. The role owns security and privacy controls, test strategy, UAT, release readiness, role-based training, and operational handoff across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations teams, while maintaining status and escalating blockers before submission or delivery

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience performing IT Security, QA and Training Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own security and privacy controls, test strategy, UAT, release readiness, role-based training, and operational handoff.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalates blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
