Job summary

EY is seeking a testing lead to design, build, and optimize complex software testing solutions across multiple projects. You’ll help accelerate delivery, improve automation, and drive quality in client engagements. The role emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams and a strong emphasis on strategic testing practices.

You’ll engage with IT transformation, testing center of excellence, and performance testing programs while ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency with test strategy, testing center of excellence, IT transformation, test automation, Agile test management, UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing subject matter expertise and resolve complex issues for clients.
• Define and implement testing strategies and plans for large projects.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and collaborate with engagement teams.
