Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Quality Assurance/Testing Systems Analyst to design and execute manual test cases for the Donor Care Systems team, ensuring database integrity and a positive donor experience. You will produce procedural documentation and collaborate across teams to maintain high quality standards.
The role requires two years of process testing and technical writing experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.
